Hi Hanna,

I saw a Facebook post recently that listed the different types of rest we need to avoid burnout. I decided to consider these areas for my children and me and I did a kind of audit to see which areas need boosting up a bit if we can. I thought I’d share the one I did for myself in case it’s helpful for you and your family. I found it so helpful! I’ve already been to the woods for a walk by myself this week, booked a massage and used my phone less and I feel so good for having done these things. They are all things I already knew would help me but it wasn’t until I sat down and did this audit and wrote a plan that I actually took action. 

If you have any parent self care tips I’d love to hear them please.
