Hi Hanna,
I've filmed a short video for you of an activity called Ball Track that you might like to try during the holidays. All you need is washi tape and some balls. Your children can get creative designing their own track and they'll get loads of proprioceptive sensory input which will help them feel good.
Some children find this kind of muscle resistance activity helpful after school or before bed (times when they need some activity but also need to feel calmer) and some children find this helpful at school in between periods of concentration.
