Through my Sensory Academy, I offer training and consultancy that supports parents, schools, professionals and neurodivergent people to better understand sensory experiences. My aim is to share knowledge, build confidence and empower people to recognise and respond to sensory needs.

School Essentials
Half day training for schools that covers key theory as an introduction to sensory processing and includes practical strategies to support children with a range of sensory needs.
Sensory Confidence
Instant access online training for parents. A mix of theory and practical strategies so that you feel much more confident in understanding your child's sensory needs and what you can do to support them.
Move, Regulate, Learn
A licenced trainer programme for professionals who want to deliver training for schools and groups. Covers movement breaks, sensory circuits, motor skills and interoception. Next cohort starts December 2026.
Consultancy & Supervision
I offer sensory focused supervision for OTs, SENCOs and other professionals as well as consultancy for schools, charities and other organisations. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this.
Parent Essentials
A series of 3 online parent carer workshops. Discover my sensory tops tips, the power of proprioception and all about interoception. This is available to book by charities and other parent carer groups for your own group. Contact me to discuss.
Understanding your own sensory needs
A series of 2 supportive training sessions for autistic and/or ADHD adults so that you can better understand your own sensory needs and discover what you can do to feel happier.
